7:00 AM - RANGE SETUP

Course setup begins.

Early help is always appreciated.

8:00 AM - SIGHT-IN

Check your zero, verify DOPE and get ready for the match.

MATCH DAY SCHEDULE

9:00 AM - MATCH START

Safety briefing, squads assigned

and shooters head to the lanes.

~12:00 PM - MATCH ENDS

Scores are tallied and everyone helps tear down the course.

15 LANES

A typical Diablo course features 15 lanes,

including 3 forced-position bell targets.

MATCH FORMAT

62 SHOTS
A typical Diablo match consists of 62 scoring shots.

10–55 YARDS
Targets are set at a variety of distances

and difficulty levels.

Bring your Field Target air rifle in safe working condition. Maximum power is 20 FPE. If you're unsure of your rifle's power, we can test it for you before the match.

.177 caliber is recommended, but not required.

​AIR RIFLE

Eye protection, weather-appropriate clothing and anything you need for several hours at the range.

WHAT TO BRING

​THE BASICS

​PELLETS & AIR

Bring enough pellets for sight-in and the match. PCP shooters should arrive with their rifle filled. We have air and a compressor available to fill bottles that are current on their certification

​SEATING & SUPPORT

Bring the equipment appropriate for how you shoot, such as a shooting stool, cushion, sticks or other class-appropriate support.
